Bewley Homes Website Re-Development

Challenge

For over 20 years Bewley Homes have been designing and building beautiful, high quality homes in some of the most desirable locations across South East England. Their existing website had seen better days and was becoming time consuming to update with their new developments. Bewley Homes needed a modern website with robust and scaleable technology that would showcase their core values and high level of craftsmanship to their existing and future customers.

Thinking

New housing developments are released and sold frequently so we proposed a website which could be easily and quickly updated with their ever-changing portfolio of developments and houses. The website functionality was expanded to include their news stories, press releases, development launches, award anouncements and video updates of works in progress.

To create a website which is easy to use not only for the customer but also for the staff at Bewley, Voyage developed a custom content management system using Python technology which provides a robust, lightweight and scaleable site that will stand the test of time. Google Analytics and email marketing campaigns are displayed on the home administration dashboard for easy reference, content may be updated from the front-end of the website and support tickets and feature requests can also be logged. The website also integrates live with the Bewley Homes CRM system allowing for new customer enquiries and details to be logged for future communications. 

Result

The new Bewley Homes website has made finding a dream home much easier. Customers are able to search for new and upcoming developments, see all the attractions related to a development and view the area around their desired property using an interactive map. And should they have any further questions, the Bewley Homes contact details on every page make the friendly staff accessible wherever they are on the site.

The website also provides resources for stakeholders and land owners wishing to sell land for future development or part exchange their current homes. These resources are complimented with relevant news stories and thought leadership articles.
