Parago was at the forefront of developing specialist asset management systems for the education sector. They were leading the way, and then the market exploded. New competitors with aggressive marketing tactics were winning sales. And academies were emerging with different operating structures and reporting challenges, which meant one product size no longer fit all. As a result, Parago needed to better understand its customers' needs so it could align its messaging around those requirements and get back on top.

Insight: We gained an understanding of customer purchase drivers using perception interviews, audience identification and articulation, competitor audits, and brand discovery workshops.

Imagine: We repositioned the brand and aligned messaging, ready for a relaunch to the market. We supported the launch with the creation of a bright, friendly and engaging new logo, a new website, photography, sales videos, campaigns, sales collateral and content.

Impact: Through excellent copywriting, intelligent marketing strategy and clever use of SEO techniques and mail platform technology, Parago’s email campaign and website stats soared. Visitors to the website converted to sales more readily, and Parago won many bids against competitors, reclaiming market share.
