Challenge

Klik IT provide quality consultancy, development, implementation, training and support services to users of Oracle’s JD Edwards platform. Klik IT asked us to help redevelop their aging website so it would be more user friendly, easy to administrate and optimised for all mobile devices.

Thinking

For a number of years, prior to the website design, our brand team had been working with Klik IT to strengthen the brand positioning, messaging and visual presence of all their marketing collateral both off and on line. This new identify lent itself beautifully to the project and forms the foundation for an uncluttered, easy to navigate, bright and open website experience.

Working with a small budget, yet with a focused and firm understanding of the challenges Klik IT faced managing their existing website, we were able to design and build an affordable responsoive website solution.

Result

The uncluttered UX design means visitors can find what they want in just a few clicks, thereby enhancing their experience and increasing the amount of time they spend on the site. Navigation is clear and pages are uncluttered which makes consuming content a breeze. Call to actions are obvious and provide visitors with straightforward ways to engage with Klik IT to suit any stage of their buying cycle.

 Our WordPress CMS provides Klik IT with an easy to use and friendly approach to managing their content.  It is now easy for the team at Klik IT to create new pages, edit existing copy, update images and do all the things they wanted to be able to do easily – without the frustrations of the old system.

The new site means visitors can easily access Klik IT’s website from any smartphone or tablet. No more pinching, zooming and annoying incompatible Flash player messages!

We have a great working relationship with the Klik IT team however it is always great to hear how much they love the new website - it helps us know we are looking after our clients and valued.
